One side will have the part #s etc. stamped on it. That side goes "up".

Yea, between RB and Fbird88 I owe alot of beers.

Oddly enough, my Fel Pro gaskets did have the word "UP" imprinted on one side.

The last set of Felpro head gaskets I used had the sides marked too. These are Victor gaskets.
