How Can I Do It???
ok, i think i may be going to turn my 85 into a full strip car. i am going to strip it and gut it. sell everything and start over.
I am going to get a crate engine.
But i was wondering how much HP do you need to get into the high 10s low 11s?
Money isnt an issue.

Well if money isnt a problem how about you throw some my way, lol.Id say your going to need a big inch small block with about 600hp. Which is going to cost you a pretty penny, but money isnt an obstacle so no worries. Then your going to need the chassis built with a roll cage, have it tubbed for huge slicks, youll need a new rear and a trans that can support that amount of hp. Your looking at long road ahead of you. Good Luck.

Check out the orginized drag racing/autocross boards. They have a few guys on there running low 11's. There setups will give you good ideas.
