If my VSS and speedometer dont work...
Will that make it so my torque converter does not lock up when i am cruising on the beltway. I havea 2800 stall converter and when i am driving fast in OD my torque converter will not lock up. Any suggestions.
Also, i know my VSS isnt functioning, because my speedo isnt. thanks alot

I am surprised you are not getting an SES light. Yes, the VSS controls many things including the locking of the TCC. It is all done within the ECM.
Get it fixed as you probably are in limp mode.
