NEED HELP my engine floods
my motor gets flooded when the motor is cold
it is NOT the choke.
I take the spark plugs out in clean them
and put them back in the motor it started up in runs good.
the motor starts up good when it is hot
what is IT
help me

What carburetor are you using?
The E4ME and E4MC carbs have a mixture control solenoid that can enrich fuel via ECM command. There is also the famous power valve well seal leak on the bottom of the carb, but that would likely cause problems while hot as well.
