Gas Pedal?
Hey, just a question..
I just put a Holley carb on my engine, and hooked up the gas pedal. Now the gas pedal seems alot closer to the floor than before.
Is there any way to adjust it back to where it was before?

Get the cable housing bracket farther away from the throttle shaft.
However, as long as it opens the throttle blades all the way, it shouldn't really matter.

How do I move the bracket? its the factory bracket.
And the problem is just that, it only open up the throttles about 1/2 way.

your bracket isen't far enough from the throttle linkage, you can buy an aftermarket one and that should fix it, also you could try to bend the factory one(I'm not really sure how it was set up, I got rid of mine in like '98 or 99
) just my $0.02

Well, after looking at it a bit last night, I think I can keep the factory bracket. All I have to to is make an extention for the cable. Doesn't look too dificult to do, so I might try that first.
Thanks for your help guys
