Vortech RPM Question

Hey I am putting to gether my upper intake for my new 305 and I noticed that the Vortech RPM intake has two open holes on each side of the plenum, this may sound dumb but are these WET. Do I need to plug them.

Thanks for the help

Yes you do need to plug them. My intake is the RPM Air Gap and it came with the plugs.
