ok fist off i just got a brand new delco starter a yellow top optima battery anyway the car has been working fine it would start just fine but i went out the other day and was going to start it and it turned over like it was going start so i let off the key but it didint start but my stupid self dident let the starter stop turning and turned the key and all i heard was a click and nothing.
now it dont do anything and it acts like the battery is drained but i no its not like my dome light is barly lighting up radio dont come on and when i try to turn the key the tach jumps up and down and the windows barly roll down and when i push the button
for the windows the tach jumps to. better not be the starter.

 

Make sure your battery connections are tight.

 

Yep check your battery connections at the battery and the starter,but I bet the battery is just drained. Who knows why but thats what it sounds like to me. If you take it to autozone they will check it and recharge it for free. Good Luck.
