#4 plug fouling out

the #4 plug keeps fouling out. it runs great for about a week and then fouls the plug. the motor only has 67000 miles and doesn't blow any smoke. Im thinking its a bad valve or valave seat. does anyone have any ideas about whats going on?

A middle cylinder....

If it doesn't smoke or consume oil, then it's probably excess fuel.

I'd guess you have a fuel distribution problem.

This isn't by any chance a Q-jet, is it?

no its injected ( not the tpi)
