I esstimated around 300 - 320 hp at teh crank for my car, based on it's weight, 1/4 mile performance, and it's 1/4 mile peformance relative to cars similar to it (LSx F-bodies and Vettes).
My combo was:
Junk yard 400 untouched long block that burned oil
Summit 224/234 cam
Roller rockers
VERY ported CFI intake (HINT: this is wher ALL the power is at!)
Removed "swirl plates"
Radiused the underside of the lid at the throttle bore openings
Bored throttle bodies to 2.09"
90 pph injectors
VRFPR; 10 PSI at idle, 15 PSI at WOT
Edlebrock headers and Y
SLP Cat back, No cat.
Ran 13.25 @ 105 at "sea level"
14.00 @ 99 at Rocky Mountain Raceway at 8000' altitude density.
