Internally balanceing (sp?!)

Well, I think by wednesday of next week I will be in posession of a very sweet motor...A buick 3.8 Turbo out of a GN It actually isn't mine, it's my brothers which he plans on dropping into....(Get ready to ROFLYAO!) a Fiero I saw someone reccomended a 454 in a fiero in the 122 locked thread, but this is better Still fits in the engine bay, plus when people ask him what he's running for an engine he can say a mildly modified 3.8l 6 cylinder and smile evilly Anyways, First thing we want to do to squeak out every ounce of power from this motor (as if we need it but we want to go *REALLY* fast hehe!) is we want to internally balance the engine. We have a friend who actually worked as a head machineist for Lunati a few years ago, and I guess made a good impression on ppl there...he still thinks he can get his discount on a crank. We need to know a few things, if we plan on running high boost pressures, no bottle, a decent cam, ported and polished heads, what should we be looking at for pistons/rods, and how do we go about getting the whole thing balanced? Also did these motors use hydrolic lifters? (I really don't want to deal w/ mechanical ones!) If they came w/ mechanicle systems, can they be converted to hydrolic?
Thanks for the info and dealing w/ my horrible spelling (I'm a Computer Science major, not an English Major!)

all you need is the internal balance crank, dampner and flywheel. any decent machine shop can take care of you. the engine has hydrolic lifters, you could run mechanicals or aftermarket rollers.

My opinion a roller cam would sqeeeeeze that extra juice you may never need!! But why not have it just in case.
