are all these specs right for a tuneup on a tpi?

are all these specs right for a tuneup on a tpi?

400 RPM in drive
.54 for TPS
6* Timing
43 Gap on plugs with a MSD Box
20HG Vacume pressure
Fuel Pressure?? I have no clue

400rpm in drive is too low, it should be like 650.
The fuel pressure should read about 44. It varies as everything does in a production car.

Do you mean for adjusting the IAC? If so, I think it's supposed to be at 425-450. Or as low as you can get it to idle without the car dying. Fuel pressure is supposed to be at 42psi stock, but you'll probably see some performance gains if you bump it up to around 48.
