Whats the best spark plug for 92 C amaro??

Ive just recently installed rapidfires sparkplugs on my car. I ve noticed the engine kinda jerks on low speed but disapears on high speed...could it be the spark plugs....its factory gapped at 045.

sort of like beer, the one's that free. other than that the one that would best for you. i like regular old ac plugs but have used accel shorty plug with clearance problems with my headers.

would sound to me more like a plug wire or injector problem.

Would it also be caused by a dirty fuel filter????
