idling issues w/ thermostat replacement
I took out my old thermostat due to overheating,
i took off the throttle body assembly, and put it to the side w/ the throttle cable attached, then got the bolt off, n put on the new thermostat, replaced all the hoses etc.
Start the car up..... it idles at 3000 rpm now... kinda funky, i dont even have to push the gas anymore, total pain in the *** to drive....
anyone have an idea whats up w/ the car?

when it idles high, can you push the throttle back and make the idle drop, or is the throttle all the way back on the idle adjustment screw. if you cant push it back to normal idle, the iac valve might be unpluged, or vacume leak.

check the main page for the "Tech Articles" alot of valuable information in there, the one you want to look under is the tps and iac adjustment
