Idleing the O2 volts are fomr 010-600 and everynow and then it will kick into open loop for 5 secs then go into closed again for awhile This only happens while idleing. Driving it always stays in closed loop.

Seems like a lazy O2 sensor, or maybe you're using a standard O2 sensor with headders? A heated o2 sensor should cure it.
