Leaking valve cover or intake?
I noticed some puddling oil on the passenger side lower intake. Is this from a leaky valve cover or the lower intake? If it is the lower intake is that from oil seeping up the bolts? If I end up replacing the lower intake do I need to RTV the entire surface of where the lower intake meets the heads and the block or can I get away with just RTVing the ends of the block? Thanks for any help.

Really need to clean it up really good and pinpoint the source. I'd first guess it's coming up through the bolts, real common. But, again, I'd try to find the leakage spot first.

Yeah I think it might be the bolts too. The oil doesn't seem to be anywhere else except on one spot of the intake. I would almost think that if it was the intake gasket that it would be leaking radiator fluid too. Is it necessary to replace this gasket or just thread seal the bolts? Also how is everyone else sealing up there intakes? Thank you.
