So - Heads, Intake, or Cam first?

What should be done first in your guys opinions? Thanks, Doug

are we talking about the TPI in the sig?
If so, it sounds like you already have runners.I would just port your upper intake, get a set of heads and cam at the same time.

Yeah.. a TPI. I thought about getting a new intake, and having all of them port matched. Heads and a Cam would be next i guess. Doug

This is just my opinion, but I believe the biggest single performance improvement dollar-for-dollar has to be the installation of a good camshaft. The heads will accomodate more flow than the stock cam profile creates. The intake will perform better with an improved cam profile, and the headers and all the other external mods you have done will come alive with a new cam.

Thanks, Vader. What is a good cam to get, then? I was looking for one similar to the TPIS ZZ9. Will I have problems with my current heads and the higher lift (clearance) ? Should I wait to get new rocker arms until I get heads to make things more cost effective? Thanks, Doug
