Chasing Vacuum Leak

Engine: L98 L31 Vortec Crate with TPI
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.23
Chasing Vacuum Leak
Have been getting error code 25 in a L98 87 Iroc, 45,000 miles.
The code is said to be AT sensor, Maniford Air Temp Sensor, or vaccuum leak.
The MAT has been replaced.
The HVAC controls do not work and are vacuum driven so I am guessing I have a vacuum leak.
Any thought as to whether or not it is a vacuum leak and where to start looking if it is???
