Topic says it all.....it don't smoke going down the road but let it idle for 30 to 40 sec's and hit the gas and a BIG puff of blue smoke comes out. I was told this is a sign of the valve seals going out. If so what type of seals should I use, Umbrella, O-Ring
or Postive Type seals. Give me your Ideas.

Doesn't sound like valve seals to me.... valve seals usually show up with a puff of blue smoke on startup due to oil leaking past the worn seals down the valve stems and into the CC when the car has been sitting for a while, then burning off when the car is started.
