Wiper delay module - Where to get one
Ok, wipers went dead, checked everything. Motor=GOOD, Switch (in column)=GOOD. So the only thing it could be is the circuit board right? IF NOT, please someone tell me. WEll, none of the parts stores carry them, only entire motor assy. (You may already have known that) Called Chevy dealer they want $81.24 + tax for the (wiper motor cover kit) Is there a place to get a less expensive one or do I need to just eat it. Thanks for any help.
Oh yeah, 89 Camaro, delay wipers.

The wiper motor problem is all in the circuit board. The connectors get a hairline crack which goes open/close depending on heat/weather/rain/humidity etc. I had my circuit board fixed by the garage that I use and it was alot cheaper than buying a new board. Anyone who can troubleshoot a simple circuit should be able to pinpoint the problem and resolder to fix it.
