vacuum line sizes

Does anyone know off hand what the size of the vacuum lines that go from the passenger side Throttle Body to the valve cover is? Or any of the vacuum sizes are?

The "hose" is actually a few pieces. There is a short section of 1/2" hose from the vacuum fitting on the TB to a 1/2" plastic tube. The tube is routed downward and backward along the valve cover. At the end of the 1/2" tube is a 1/2" 90 elbow that turns upward. This connects to another short 1/2" rigid tube that follows the contour of the valve cover to another 1/2" rubber 90° elbow connected to the valve cover breather fitting.
