Summit Cam Kit
WHEN I REBUILT MY MOTOR I PURCHASED A SUMMIT TPI CAM KIT THAT CAME WITH MATCHING SPRINGS...DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHAT THE LIFT IS I FORGOT AND HOW MUCH LIFT THE SPRINGS CAN TAKE,AND SHOULD I GET A BIGGER CAM..? MY REBUILT IS IN MY SIG. THANKS GUYS.....

Whether you get a bigger cam depends on your needs, which you havent shared. There are many Summit cam kits, with many lifts and such. Check your part number, and go on the site and search yourself. As for the springs, well, the same applies.

i'm sorry about the yelling, i use caps at work all day and i just forgot...well i have found the duration n stuff but it doesnt say anything about the springs. summit part#sum-g5000...duration is 268/278 and the lift is420/442...would i be ok to get 1.6 rockers to fit on my 305 heads.just looking for more..

What 305 heads are they? 416's? I dont know a lot about valvetrain, but that seems like quite a lot of lift to me. Between that cam and those rockers, you're probably going to need some pretty good springs, and I woldnt risk using ones that you don't know the specs for...
