did the pistons coem with a data sheet? the info should of been included with the pistons. if i recall correctly you increase the gap by 40% of the stock gap. you better get someone to back me up, or say i'm wrong cause it's been a while since i built an engine with hyper pistons.

for a 4.00 bore i think its .026 for the top ring. all of the other rings stay the same as stock. there should be a chart that came with the pistons that has a formula for the top ring gap.

yeah,
I found their web site. And the formula.
I'm freshing it up so I don't have the sheet.
it's a 408, .033 on top
.019 on bottom
from what their formula came out
thanks
