Is it hard on a 305 engine to use 100 octane gasoline? I figured it would be better for the car beacuse it burns cleaner; I noticed that my car ran a little better? Thanks in advance.

if you don't need it don't use it. there should be no reason a stock 305 needs av gas. if it's leaded it'll mess up the converter too. the more octane you have the harder it is to light and get to burn. you should need a stronger ignition system to make enough spark to light it.

As well as run More Ignition advance.

The problem is, With your Low compression Ratio, You won't be able to Completely combust the avgas, And you will actually loose Power. ( as well as have poor emissions and fuel economy )
