I am currently stationed in korea for a one year tour, I plan on doing a re-build/upgrade on my camaro when I get back to Vegas, I am getting a whish list going on summit but I can's find info on 3 things, I have trick flow 23* heads, and I want to put in a roller cam, and I have decided to use a trick flow cam, the summit P/N is TFS-31402001, and I can't find any info on weather it has a pressed-on iron gear or if I have to oder a bronze one for my distributor, second queston I also can't find info on the spark plugs for the same heads, I used the reccomended ones last time and they worked fine, I just don't remember the #, third queston, I would like to use beehive valve springs, but I'm not quite sure which ones to use, and I am getting conflicting info on jegs and summit's websites on there exact specs.

 

I suggest gettting a cam and spring package made for each other and not trying to mix and match parts. If you are call Comp and have them tell you what springs to run for your Trick Flow Cam. As far as the gear, don't know.
