Head Casting?

Hey, I checked on mortec for this casting number, but all it tells me is the valve sizes. Any idea what heads this would indicate, and what kind of vehicle it came out of? 14102193 the block number matched it to a 85-95 350, 1pc. Thanks!

Those are 350 TBI swirl port heads. Like their 305 little brother, they are less than desirable.
