There's viscous fluid running out of the hole in my unit.

Here's my unit:

The viscous fluid is on the floor.

I have a pin-hole in the oil pan, any ideas on how to seal it?

I was thinking RTV or JB Weld or something along those lines.

I have another oil pan ready to go on, I just don't wanna buy gaskets, the motor is literally a zero-dollar build up, trying to keep with that theme

Well, I guess I should probably swap the pans, the gasket on there looks like it was torqued to 400 Ft-lbs and leaks a bit..

Any other ideas?

JB weld. Just remember to drain the oil first and clean the area well before applying the JB weld.

No need Ed, I have an extra oil pan from the 400 just sitting here, and I got uncles that can weld.

That reminds me, you don't have a portable MIG do you? Cause I need some welding on the off-road Caprice.

Two other words: Chewing Gum. It'll work about as well as duck tape.

JB Weld gets my no-buck vote.
