Is one designed for fuel injection and other carberated?
what are advantages or disadvantages ?

Commonly accepted wisdom is that a head with very good exhaust-to-intake flow ratio (75% or higher) will work better with a single pattern cam. Heads with a weaker E/I ratio (below 75%, which means almost all stock heads and many aftermarket ones as well) will respond better to a split-pattern cam with a little more exhaust duration.
