Drive time and gas mileage

Hey,

My city gas mileage sucks (12mpg) but my highway is good (25mph). I have highway SA on so that accounts for some of the highway I'm sure. My daily driving consists of a 10 minute 5 mile trip in traffic.

Are the short trips causing my sucky in city gas mileage? I've recently tuned it up so plugs, pcv, filter, etc are all good. So, what gives??

David

I think you answered your question right there. Your mileage seems about right given your driving conditions.

Yeah, I was afraid of that.

Checked the tire pressure today and it's where it's supposed to be.
