which head is better?

wich heads are better lg4 or lu5 (going to be used on a carbed 305) any opions or advice would be great. if you want to know the exact story/application please ask

Axle/Gears: Ford 9" 3.60
LG4 heads are the 416 castings which are the "305 carbed" head that is mentioned as the great budget head. LU5 heads are also the 416 castings. The LU5 is the 305 cross-fire injection but utilizes the same heads as the carbed 305's.

416,s good head

The 416,s are a good head but have a flow problem. I will Make sujestion that is to read sitting Bulls thread on porting a polishing heads and call summit and get a kit $43.00 and port those puppies up and then you have a great set of heads
