I have the non adjustable version. So I can't answere the part about hooking it up but I know there is a 12 volt keyed souce down on the EVAP canister. That's what I used. ~ Arnold

I took a section of the insulation off the power lead to the fan on mine near where I installed the relay, soldered that and covered it, and the rest was per the instructions. You dont need to hook up the AC wire if you do that, the stock setup will take care of that for you. And then this way, if the relay or pot in the Hayden setup fails (and trust me, it happens) the factory setup is still intact to keep your car from overheating. The battery lead you will have to figure out for yourself, I changed my terminal on the battery a long time ago so that was easy for me. I dont remember where I hooked up the switched wire to.

I put the relay on the driver side next to the radiator, its actually slightly behind the battery on my car but I can still get to it to adjust it if I want. There was already a hole in there, so I just used that rather than drilling more holes into my car.
