passing emissons with "113s" on a 91 camaro?
how do i pass emissions with the 113 vet heads on a 91 tpi camaro motor? anyone know, the motor now has NO egr hookups at all....no egr valve, sensor, no air tubs, air pump, nothing.

Visual check? If so, there's really no way to hide that. You need a shop that will "work with you" to get you through.
Tailpipe sniffer you might be able to get through even without all that stuff on the motor, as long as the CAT is still in good shape and the engine is in good tune and running well otherwise. That would definitely fall under the "try it and see" category.
