What sensors affect fuel delivery?

After driving my 89 Formula 350 cold, shutting it off, and trying to drive it again, it seems like the ECM is cutting off fuel, my max RPM is about 2000 in this state. I have changed the MAF because of code 33 and code 34 but I still have the problem. What other sensors would do this?

oxygen sensor- they go easilly. Spend $12-20 on a new one and it will install in aprox 3-5 minutes assuming your engine is cold.
