head gaskets?

I'm trying to decide which head gaskets to use for my 383 build up. I'm probably going to go with fel-pro gaskets but i would like to get your opinions on what to go with. Also are copper head gaskets worth using on a street driven car?

The only head gaskets I would use are Fel-Pro 1003 for Iron heads and Fel-Pro 1010 for Aluminum heads. They are quality competition gaskets that do not require retorqing. FelPro 1003 is also sold by GM, don't have the exact part # on hand.

Do not use copper head gaskets on a street motor, they are totally unneccesary.
