need cam recomendation
im looking for a cam that can fit my engine with stock heads, that i can get the most out of, and match up with the holley stealth ram.

Can't really do that. Assuming you have 083 heads, your max lift/cam selection falls way short of the HSR potential.
I guess what you really want is the largest cam your heads can handle without pulling them and doing work? If so, then most likely in the max .480-.490 lift range.
Whats your plans to pass smog with the HSR?

With the stock heads you are somewhat limited. At the very least you will have to change valvesprings and install screw in studs. The stock heads may not even flow enogh to take advantage of a big cam, but with a HSR i would recommend the Lt4 hot cam.
