350 clearance question

What should the rod journal clearance be for your run of the mill chev 350?

Axle/Gears: 3:55
.0015-.002 is typical. Slightly smaller is tight and slightly larger is getting a bit loose.

err i wasnt aware of anyone ever publishing a manual for the 350

Lots of them. Look on the internet for "Building Small Block Chevy's". Probably more manuals than you could list here.
