Wires with big ring terminal go on big terminal

Wire with small ring terminal go on small "S" terminal

Not rocket science here. They don't belong where they don't fit.

You should end up with one wire (purple) on the "S" terminal, and about 2 or 3 wires with large ring terminals on the big terminal along with the red (+) battery cable. If your starter solenoid happens to have a "R" terminal (probably doesn't but it might), there should be no wires on it.
