If I have to replace my engine question

OK lets say I have to replace my 350 TBI.. do I rebuild this one or do I buy a 383 crate motor??

If I buy a 383 can I buy it with just the heads and put my performer intake, cam & timing chain on it??

it's just the crank that is different from the 350 right?? I could still use all my stock sensors with my TBI??

Or am I better to just buy a 350 crate motor??

any advice would be appreaciated..
