modded motor and stock chip

Alright I have a nice stroker 383 with vortec heads, 6" rods, lt4 hotcam, 1.6 rockers and a ramjet intake. I want to test run it on a stand. I am going to use a speed density harness and ecm. My question is do you guys think that a stock 350 tpi chip will allow me to atleast start this beast?

Not wise.

Why not use the RamJet ECM & wiring for that?

Yes. It should allow you to at least start it, and shouldn't harm a thing. Might idle lean though, and you might need to play w/fuel pressure to smooth it out.
