how high can i rev safely?

the new motor i bought has a torker 2 intake and the edelbrock 5002 cam which is meant for fairly high RPM's (2000-6700 i think it said?)
the engine has like 2k miles on it, i dont know who rebuilt it, i know it was intended for racing (came with brand new nitrous system), its a 355 w. either forged or hyper. pistons, and it looks like it was rebuilt by someone who knew what they were doing (little stuff like the rods/caps all are marked with little ticks as though to not move them from cyl. to cyl., so i assume it was done right, but i still dont wanna risk this engine....
can i go up to like 6500 occasionally without worrying? how far can i go safely? thx

i think damn near any dumbass that takes an engine aprat marks the pieces. you'd be really impressed with my set of number stamps if you like little punch marks. if it has hypers don't run a power adder, it'll self destruct. i'll bet it quits moving air long before 6500 rpm.
