Two new Catco cats and heated 02 sensor

I just had two new catco cats and heated 02 sensor installed in my car at a shop. Driving the car home it seems a little louder and to be running rough. The cats seem to be installed correctly and the sensor looks to be wired ok also. But the car is not running as smooth as when I took it in. I expected a improvement but it seems to be worse. I have had this shop install the headers on my car before and a few other things and they always do great work. One thing about the 02 sensor I bought a connector for it, so after the connector one wire goes to ground one to ignition and one to computer. The one that goes to computer has a crimp connector before it goes to original connector for computer could this be a problem. Should it have been soldered instead? Anyone have any ideas. Thanks for any info.
