What is the highest int/exh duration you can have for daily use? I mean, nice idling and **** like that? Is 222/234 a nice number is this to big? The car has a 350 with vortec heads, full exhaust and a 750 Q-jet...

If you haven't done any machine work to the valve guides or the retainers, then the Comp 224/230 is about as far as you can go. You're lift-limited to about .480". Those heads and that cam is reputed to be a good combo.
