quick question on power window motor removal.
Read the tech articles and did some searching but have one quick question I didn't really get answered. Will it be any more difficult/easy to replace the motor with the window rolled all the way up? Since that is how my motor failed I cannot lower it to the half way position. Can I still go about changing it the same way??

Yes.
When you drill the holes in the one door layer and then drill or grind the rivets out from behind that, and the motor falls out, the window will be free to move. Then you can put it wherever it needs to be so that you can snake the motor out of the door.
