84 L69 throwing CODE 23

After putting on new plugs, wires, cap/rotor, started my 84 z28 L69 4bbl for the first time in a while and it threw code 23 which is either for throttle position sensor(does a carbed car even have that?) OR low intake temperature at manifold or something. Where is that located? Light then went out after I took the air filter completely off the carb and started it up. Is the plug thats on the front of the carb related to that at all cause i think it was just a bad connection and i may have knocked something loose. What do you guys think? Thanks.

No air intake temp on carb'd cars.

Front driver's side corner of the carb is the connection for the TPS.
