Help with identifing block.

I found it in the shed in back of the shop I just recently quit working in. on the back of the engine is stamped 5.7 so I assume it's a 350. it has center bolt valve covers. It has non roller lifters in it but the middle of the valley has bolt holes in it like it once had roller lifters. I couldnt tell if it was a two piece main seal. Could I use the spider off my LO3 to convert it to roller lifters? How can I identify as a four bolt with out achually looking? What would really be awesome is to find out it's a corvette L98. It will be hella trouble to get an engine hoist out there to figure out if it is a four bolt. I gave up the 305 plan because of a lack of alluminum aftermarket heads. I'm now planning on a mild 350 with alluminum L98 heads, not sure about the intake, holley TB, and I'm not sure about the cam but I'll be running 1.5 roller rockers (for reliabilities sake) and lifters. Topped off with a 150hp NOS system. I hoping to be able to run for 150,000mi. with sparing use of the nitrous. I want around 250-275hp without laughing gas.
