What size bit were you using? I thought those were t47's anyways?

Grab a torch and heat it a bit?

Use your handy dremel with a cutting round on it. I have saved my *** working on my car with the dremel and a cutting bit. Good luck

If you have enough room on and around the head the bolt-outs available from Craftsman are awesome. Paid for themselves instantly!!

Word of caution:

I had to remove a few of those bolts after noticing that the driver side serp bracket was slightly out of whack. When I checked the bolts, I found that one bolt was headless. I decided to replace all the bolts with grade 8s, and grabbed an ez-out for the job. I'm glad I had goggles on when I went to drill the pilots. On the very fist bolt, the remainder of the shank burst into a cloud of metal particles. After spitting out some powdered metal I soldiered on, and the other two bolts that had their heads go AWOL popped in similar fashion.

Cliff's Notes: Wear goggles if you drill on those bolts at all.
