190cc Street Heads, L98 Angle Plug w/heat riser, 74cc 1017*
I have seen so many people talking about these heads or just in general the AFR heads and I wanted to know what effect

these heads would have on the compression ratio and such. Also I have to pass the smog suckers and want to know how much effect this will on that. Any help is appreciated.
