No spark -- any ideas?

I know this is a boat question, but I figured you guys may be able to help. I have a 96 Four Winns 17ft with the 4.3L Chevy. I can't get any spark. I've replaced the coil, cap, rotor, pick up coil. The control module is only a year old, and it tested good at Autozone. The boat was running fine, we shut it off, and couldn't get it to refire. Took it home, replaced the above mentioned parts, and here we are. Still no spark. The rotor spins when we turn over the engine, so I'm ruling out a timing chain. The dist. gear is in good shape also. We tested for power to the coil, and its getting power, but we can't get any spark whatsoever. I'm at a loss here, any help is greatly appreciated...

Take the module out and take it to your local parts store that can test it.

Whoops. I just read that you had it tested.

Although I have to say they tested mine once to and it worked fine. I took it home and put it back in and the car fired right up. Next morning no start. Replaced the module and all had been well since (over 1 yr ago).

Modules are moody SOB's.
