Need advice -blue puff . .theory . . any input?
89 IROC 350TPI. Just rebuilt last fall. I have a blue puff at start up, after sitting for some time. I have searched all the posts, but . . could valve stem seals wear out in less than a year (no storage - and about 3500 miles since)
I just recently put in "center-bolt wire looms", they come with new bolts so the originals aren't being used.
Could this have something to do with it.
Other than that I haven't done anything to the engine but tune up type stuff.
Thanks for any back-up or put-downs, I'm open to anything.
