The #2 plug on my car is not firing for some reason. I have changed the wires, changed distributor cap and rotary button, changed plugs and gapped them but that one plug will not fire. any suggestions?

Well first of all, welcome to the boards
2nd of all, put your car info in the info section at the side, it's my pet peeve, not only does it bug me to no end, but usually it impedes help.
How are you testing that it's not firing? Holding the plug against the block? You changed the cap and rotor right?
Well rather then asking more and more questions about your car, put it in your info, then we'll go from there.

I can tell its not firing from the way the cars running, its very sluggish and has a rough idle. Also when I pull the plug out I can tell that it is not firing.

Are you sure the plug is not firing or the cylinder is not firing? I.E. the plug has spark but there's nothing in the cylinder to ignite. Test the plug by grounding the electrode with the plug in the wire and cranking it over (put an old plug in the hole or kill the fuel for the motor). See what happens.

I will check to see if the plug is firing, I know that when I pull the plug that it is not firing. I had problems with the plug before where it would fire and while driving i could feel it misfiring and now it has just completely quit firing.
