i own a 1988 350 tpi iroc and the car is idling at 500 rpm and every once in a while it will always stall unless i keep the throddle down a ways if i let off the gas the car will stall on me even while i am driven in gear if i let off the gas and i am goin slow enough the car will stall on me i can't figure out what it is and you guys are my last hope there is no codes comin up or nothin so i have no clue but at other times it will iddle and keep itself goin but it idles at about 500rpm which i think is too low and my throttle response is pretty bad too . to get the tires to squeel now i really have to come onto the car.

 

If you have a volt meter tester you could check the TPS(Throttle Postion Sensor)thereis an article in the Tech article on the main page it Setting IAC and TPS.try that for starters.500 is a bit low you should be up around 7 aleast.
